WhiteBox Devlog 1 - live reloading, variables and return values

In this video I talk about some of the core per-function data acquisition.

The tool live reloads a given function and shows the value of all variables at every point in it. This works with functions in the same code file, in included code files or in already-compiled object files.

No work has been done yet on the UI (as you can probably tell!)
